The employability game - why it really matters

In a higher education environment where extra-curricular achievement is seen as having equal importance to experience acquired through academic studies, many universities are now looking at how to make better use of technology to support experiential learning in order to help students gain a competitive edge in the job market. Indeed, our recent research into the strategic ambitions of universities across the globe (summarised in the infographic below) indicated that almost three-quarters of universities reference employability as a key institutional driver.
