Full day workshop at introductory level.
To allow people to run a small scale pilot of PebblePad we are offering a project workshop with inclusive accounts for 10 students. This will enable people to trial the features of PebblePad and the pedagogy of supporting learners with a personal learning system.

This participative, one-day workshop is designed to support teachers and learning technologists who use PebblePad with learners. It is aimed at colleagues who already have some experience of PebblePad and its more common functions. Broadly the workshop is composed of 4 sessions.

This is a two day workshop that focuses on the more advanced features of PebblePad.

19/04/2010 - Effective use of Profiles, Aston University, Birmingham, UK


A half-day workshop exploring the Profile Builder tool that allows you to build and manage Profiles in PebblePad. Profiles allow users to respond to questions and ability statements with scales ranging from 1-2 thro 1-9 and with short text and long-text answers.


20/04/2010 - Creating and Managing Gateways, Aston University, Birmingham, UK


A half-day workshop exploring Gateways which are widely used where large numbers of users submit work for assessment, accreditation or review. As gateways provide tools to lock work provide access to moderators provide and release feedback and store grades, gateways can be used as an online submission system.
